OBF Buddies

One of the greatest blessings of OBF Conferences is the fellowship with people I haven’t seen for a while. Although I keep in contact with Chris Anderson, Mark Perry, and Dan Greenfield almost daily, it’s not often that we get to spend time together face to face. This conference has been filled with good preaching from Dr. Barrett and good food from the Bible Community Church ladies, but the most memorable part will have to be this evening at my house.

Mark & Rebecca Perry and Doug & Lori Morrow joined my family in Painesville for chips and pop after the evening service. I haven’t laughed that much in a long time. Doug told his account of getting stuck in a gas station bathroom for the 90th time and we all laughed just as hard as ever. (This time I recorded it on my pda.) The Lord blessed us with a good time fo fellowship. Wish you could have been there.

Lori and I want to thank you and Sharon for the last minute invite to your home! As usual, it turned out to be a late, but enjoyable evening. This time, I did NOT stop by your home during your family devotions!

So what happened to Chris, you, and Mark? Why is it I am the only one in the photo (not that I mind)? Is it because all of you are over 6′ tall, and I am only 5’6″ tall, or is it the fact everyone was in a suit except for me? Hmmmmmm…..?

Um…I’m not sure what you mean by that comment there, Andrew!

Sorry, Greg, no STARBUCKS! Hey, where’s Don when you need him?

i responded prior to the pic…doug, you look like Oliver Twist looking for a handout…or maybe your overtly friendly nature just wants to shake everyone’s hand (yeah, that’s it!)…by the way, columbus has tim horton’s coffee…kc does not!

andy, i also visit your blog site very much during the week…your expository writing helps keep me in the Word…BCC is blessed by your knowledge of the Scripture…if your sermons are as good as your writing…great stuff!
