I recently came across several messages preached at Bob Jones University by Pastor Dave Pennington. They have been a great blessing to me.

Being Stewards of Jesus Christ — Luke 16:1-13 (45 min.)

This sermon addresses the difficult parable of the Unjust Steward. His main idea is that each of us needs to use our resources wisely with the limited amount of time we have been given. It made me rethink the way I have been using my possessions.

Too Whom Little is Given — Luke 7:36-50 (38 min.)

This sermon is about the woman who washed Jesus’ feet with her hair and expensive perfume. The main idea is that all Christians owe the Lord a great debt of gratitude for all that he had forgiven. It was a very humbling reminder of my sinfulness and God’s great forgiveness.

Another excellent presentation is given by Dr. Dave Doran. In his MACP workshop entitled Decisions or Discipleship (58 min.), he explains the difference between easy believism and true conversion. There is much to think about here. This is a must listen.
