I was cleaning pictures and videos off the camera’s video card when I came across this video of the kids in Cochranton. They had been playing in the creek , July 4th, and had gotten very muddy. Grandpa Mears had mowed a couple of hiding places in the undergrowth which they all took advantage of. I actually squirmed into one of the hiding places but kept away from the mud. It was perfect for the kids.
Then today, just as we were finishing dessert, someone rang the doorbell. We were pleasantly surprised that it was Uncle Doug and Aunt Lori. They were up visiting family for the weekend and stopped by after a nice lunch at Perkins. They weren’t able to stay long, but it was nice catching up with them. And of course, we had to take a few picture.
